We offer refund with in the first 30 days of the rental aggreement
DELIVERY POLICY
On the lease agreement there should be a move in date. That will be the delivery date for your rental house or appartment
RETURN POLICY
We offer Year long leases on rental property. As for we do not accept returns. Please make sure this is the propery you would like to live for atleast 1 year.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We would need 90 days notification in writing to the address on the contract to cancel.
